One of the best femdom books I ever read .It's about a domineering step mom Dana and her 18 yr old stepson who moves in with her. It is very well written and it has all the qualities that I like erotic play, discipline ,sex interesting characters and a great story . I couldn't stop reading it .I liked the author Jennifer John and her story telling that I also bought The Femdom Republic that I will read now .

I purchased this book 3 weeks before the actual ABIM board exam.
This book serves its purpose very well which is to describe what is important and what is not as far as passing the exam is concerned.
I believe that an exam's preparation can be divided into two parts. First is to learn the constants which are always going to be checked on the exam in various forms and can be predicted as well as learned in a fairly short duration of time. The second part of preparation is about the variables, and it takes a much longer duration of time to learn, assimilate and master. This book will teach you the constants well so that you can pass the exam. Do not use it to improve your medicine skills in general.
Pros:
– every topic has with the best initial test, most accurate test, best initial treatment and most common wrong answers. This approach cuts the chase to what you really need to know.
– Tips and tricks regarding keywords to look for in the questions to quickly select the right answers
– Very useful tables for quick review
– a lot of space on the edges of papers to take extra notes.

I loved this book. I am not a scholar or a top performer, but I know that this book allowed me to review the most important topics in the limited number of days I had before the exam so that most of the questions on the real exam appeared very familiar.

Wonderful Read

Incredible novel by the incredible Deanne Adams. She is strongly involved with all of her readers and their lives. That's how she has such a strong following. As for the novel itself, the story flows naturally and the innocence of the young Midge shines through with his lack of contractions and illiteracy.

Deanne does an amazing job creating characters that you fall in love with from page one. It's an amazing read that makes you both laugh and cry. It's 100% worth the buy if you're a reader. The story is one that will stay in your heart forever. I highly recommend checking it out.

Fanfic: a grammatically corrupt story by a 13 year girl, who cries at the slightest interaction of her beloved ship. While this is applicable to most, every once in a while you come across a fanfic and stop and think “why the hell isn’t this a real book?”. I have no doubt that this thought crossed the minds of every devoted reader to “Midge the Neko” which is a 100+ chapter fanfic, with Scott Hoying and Mitch Grassi as its main characters, written by Deanne Adams (our beloved queen). For those of you who didnt read the book, or didn’t google what the hell a neko was, it is someone who is part cat, part human (and pretty damn cute if you ask me). Deanne, par usual, takes the reader on a wild ride filled with mystery, and surprise, each chapter leaving you with a smile plastered to your face. She created characters that you become attached to, and gives you feelings from wanting to hug your brightly lit screen when Scott is sad, or high five Midge when he learns to read, to even wanting to punch some fictional police officers. And, even if you don’t like the stories she writes, Deanne’s wiriting is so eloquent that you can’t help but fall in love. The story takes you through times of worry and grief, to joy, and even pure bliss (bad joke), while you subconsciously fall more in love with the characters and their relationship. And while it may not be as clear as day, “Midge the Neko” explores what it means to fully trust someone, to be able to overcome your past, and even love that may not be at first sight.

Revealed Reveals Poor Writing

Feeling let down after this much awaited sequel. While it was good to finally learn about Jonah's true identity (not what I expected at all!), the book has so many time shifts and alternate time lines and potential time lines that it was almost impossible to follow.

The past, present, and future keep overlapping with no sense whatsoever and time gets mysteriously fixed despite disasters that must have shaken the time infrastructure on a ten on the Richter scale.

There is no real continuity in this book and events seem random. Since both Caught and Risked were brilliant, I was looking forward to some more excellent Haddix writing in Revealed, but this book fallls short of the mark.

I know that everyone's going to buy this book simply to find out Jonah's true identity. You may want to ask a friend or read a review, and then wait to borrow the book from your local public library.

Not her best book...

I have loved Haddix for years and have enjoyed most of her books. This book is not one of my favorites or one that I will be revisiting any time soon.

Pros-
Mystery surrounding main character solved
Interesting characters
Feels like the end of the series

Cons -
Pacing is off... Way too much talking and not enough action/story movement
It was hard to follow all of the paradoxes as an adult... If I as an adult had problems with this book, I am sure the intend audience will too
The dialogue didn't flow
Jonah's past

Overall this book is one I would not recommend. If you want to know what happens, skip to the last chapter or so and read the review summary between JB and Jonah. I wish I had.

Sometimes I wonder if the seven-book series is becoming the new trilogy. J. K. Rowling and Garth Nix started the trend, and other authors have jumped on the bandwagon, including, apparently, Margaret Peterson Haddix. Unfortunately, her seventh and final “Missing” installment falls short of the quality of some of the earlier ones. However, it’s worth reading if only because we finally learn the true identity of Jonah Skidmore.

Jonah is facing one of his worst dilemmas yet: Charles Lindbergh has appeared in his living room, kidnapped his sister Katherine and all of the other missing kids from history, and caused every adult in the town to revert back to Jonah’s age. It’s up to Jonah to team up with the de-aged Angela and JB in order to save the kids, bring the adults back to normal, and foil Lindbergh – who just might be Jonah’s famous father.

This book went wrong in one major way: Haddix allowed herself to get too wrapped up in time travel rules and paradoxes. Her acknowledgments page shows that she may have had an inkling of this, but I’m not sure she noticed just how confusing her writing gets. “Revealed” was a good hundred pages longer than most other “Missing” novels, and I’m guessing about eighty percent of that was attempts to say, “So if this person did this before this and after this, doesn’t that mean there would be like EIGHT MORE branches of time?” I’m exaggerating, but for all the confusion I felt while reading this book, there might as well have been eighteen possible outcomes of Jonah’s actions. This made Haddix’s style suffer, too; it seemed almost like she got tired with all the paradoxes and didn’t bother to make her narrative consistent with previous books. The style that was previously casual and realistic became forced and cheesy, but maybe that’s just because I’m a little older now than I was when the series began.

However, the suspense in “Revealed” was fantastic. Haddix hasn’t lost the art of creating twisting, turning plots that leave her readers on the edge of their seats. She keeps us guessing what will happen to Jonah and Katherine until the very end. That end didn’t feel much like an ending to me, though; it happened pretty quickly despite the length of the book. I would have liked a little more time to understand the conclusion and say goodbye to some of my favorite characters.

Even so, I’d call “Revealed” a fairly worthwhile read. It was disappointing in some ways, but I was sorry for it to end. That’s always a sign of at least a half-decent book.

*Postscript, several months after this review was written: I just found out that "Revealed" is not the last book in the "Missing" series; there's another coming out this September (maybe August). That puts a few things into perspective about this book.

About the Author
Abdelhay A. Sallam, PhD, is a senior member of the IEEE and Professor Emeritus of Electrical Engineering at the Port Said University. Dr. Sallam has taught courses in power systems, computer methods in power system analysis, conventional machines, distribution systems, logic circuits, and microprocessor structure. In addition, he has served as a consultant, advising companies on the design, installation, and maintenance of power networks, substations, and electric distribution systems.

Om P. Malik, PhD, is Professor Emeritus in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Calgary. Dr. Malik has performed pioneering research in the development of adaptive and artificial intelligence–based controllers for electric power systems, and protection of power systems.
